Differential Drop Kit

Suits Lifted vehicles.

The kit has been designed in such a way that allows the original bash plate to be refitted.

It is supplied complete with all required spacers, bolts, washers and nuts.

When lifting the 2005-to-current model Hilux 4WD, the Constant Velocity (CV) joints are put on an increased angle, helping to accelerate the wear on the joint and putting additional stress on the CV boots that will lead to splitting and premature failure of the CV. This wear is accelerated further if larger & wider wheels and tyres are fitted.

The SuperPro bolt on kit corrects the geometry of the front axles and CV's by lowering the front diff approximately 25mm.

Reducing the angles the CV joints are operating at will help avoid the expensive replacement costs of CV's and boots.

Greasable Shackle and Bush Kit

Contains Greasable Shackles and Fixed Pins with all SuperPro Bushings

These bushings are often overlooked when upgrading the suspension of a 4WD. Leaf spring bushings stabilise the movement of the rear axle, inferior bushes in this area will cause the solid rear axle to move and impart rear end passive steer to the vehicle. It also causes the vehicle to "wander" all over the road and be unstable under heavy braking. This can be especially noticeable carrying a load or towing a boat or caravan.

The OE rubber style bushes are designed to work at standard height with standard tyres and with standard loads.

By fitting SuperPro Bushings and upgrading to Greaseable Shackles the rear end of your 4WD will handle just about anything you can throw at it!
